Are you tired of take-out dinners and the long line-ups at the Drive-Thru? Are you a novice cook with no idea where to start in the kitchen? Or maybe you'd like to take a cooking or baking class to brush up on your skills? If you answered any, or ALL, of the above, then uCook Classes for Adults is for you!
Our Chef Instructors are professional chefs who have years of restaurant and industry experience creating ravishing, healthy and delicious food. In this class, each participant will create alluring dishes such as Beef Wellington, Ratatouille, Eggs Benedict, Vegan dishes, and more! Under instruction and demonstration from the Chef Instructor, you will gain the confidence and learn valuable kitchen skills that will impress you and your guests. At the end of the class, you will have a chance to taste your creations, connect with others, take home your dishes, all in a Public Health-safe environment.
Location: Marda Loop Communities Association (3130 16 St SW). Maximum 8 participants per class.
Time: Each class is 2.5 hours long. Please arrive 10 minutes before the start of the class.
Format: Hands-On, Demo
Attire: Wear indoor closed-toe shoes. Long hair must be tied back. We will have masks available as per COVID-19 measure.
Allergies: uCook Classes may include the preparation of foods containing nuts, fish and seafood, and other allergens. Contact us for more details.
Other: A 15-minute break will be provided in each class. No food or drink will be provided. There will be tastings of their creations throughout the class.
